The new cellar

More than 80 people attended the inauguration of the new Cimaron cellar on 24 November 2005.

Present were our key regional customers from both the mass distribution and traditional sectors (cellarmen, wholesalers, restaurant operators), members of the Syndicat des Côtes du Ventoux and friends of the cellar.

Chairman Yves Favier (also chairmen of the Syndicat des Côtes du Ventoux) together with the Director, Bernard Vieubled, each took the floor in turn to present the new “Vins et Terroir” space.

The cellar, both extended and redecorated, above all showcases the wines of the Cave, together with local products including oils and olives, tapenades, calissons and croquants, together with wine products (carafes and glasses).

Cimaron offer a setting ideal for tasting our different wines.
